During Sweet Corn Season (Starting July 9th through August 6th):

Sales start at 12:00 (Noon) on Friday and continue throughout the weekend until quanities are sold out. To better assist you, the sales shed will be staffed every Friday afternoon to ensure fresh supplies are waiting for you.
